Location: Spring Hill, TN Reports to : President Position Overview: Pure Mosaic Records is seeking a mission-minded, discerning, and relational A&R and Publishing Consultant to join our team part-time. This role is vital to our artist discovery and development process. The A&R and Publishing Consultant will be responsible for scouting and vetting new talent, fostering artist relationships, providing creative and spiritual feedback, and supporting artist and songwriter development across our roster. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Artist Discovery & Development Regularly scout and evaluate new artists and songwriters for potential signing for both Pure Mosaic Records and Pure Mosaic Services Conduct initial outreach and interviews with prospective artists and songwriters Present top prospects to the President & A&R Team with supporting materials and recommendations Artist Relations Serve as a point of contact and creative shepherd for signed PMR artists and songwriters Lead regular check-ins to support their spiritual, creative, and emotional well-being Offer constructive feedback on demos, songwriting, and artistic direction Support artists in preparing for recordings, live events, and branding initiatives Song Curation & A&R Support Help manage demo catalog and song submissions Utilize industry connections to setup co-writes and other opportunities for PMR artists and songwriters Help identify songs for singles, EPs, and albums Collaborate with producers, songwriters, and artists to shape strong releases Keep projects on track to meet deadlines Work closely with the President and the PMR team to align creative direction and project goals Participate in release planning meetings and provide insights on music, messaging, and audience fit Help ensure all creative deliverables (masters, metadata, bios, etc.) are complete and compelling Qualifications: Strong alignment with Pure Mosaic’s mission and values Deep understanding of Christian music and ministry-minded artist development Proven experience in A&R, artist management, or songwriting preferred Spiritually mature and able to pastor artists through the creative process Knowledgeable in songwriting, music production, and vocal performance Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines Collaborative and relational with strong communication skills Familiarity with current Christian music trends and platforms (e.g. Spotify, YouTube, TikTok) Experience using Google Workspace and shared tools like Asana is a plus Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Part-time Job function Job function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Pure Mosaic Records, LLC by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Publishing Manager” roles.
