🎯 Role OverviewAs an Event & Promotions Assistant, you’ll help coordinate and execute engaging in-person events that unite communities around meaningful charitable campaigns. You’ll manage event logistics, promote nonprofit missions, and create memorable connections that inspire public support.
🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with setup, execution, and breakdown of community outreach events
Manage signage, branded materials, and inventory at event sites
Coordinate logistics for retail-based and community campaigns
Engage the public with nonprofit initiatives through face-to-face interaction
Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for attendees
Collect and report data to improve future campaigns
Support team members and help onboard new hires
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive team player with a solutions-oriented mindset
Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
Passionate about nonprofit work and community involvement
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
