Job Description
Tadlock Roofing is looking for an experienced Gutter Installer to join our team in Sarasota, FL. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to grow with a respected local company.
Responsibilities:
Install and repair gutters, downspouts, soffit, fascia, and siding
Measure, cut, and fit materials to specifications
Bend metal and operate a 7" gutter machine
Climb ladders and work at heights
Use mobile app to document work (photos and updates)
Maintain a clean, safe job site and provide great customer service
Requirements:
3+ years of gutter installation experience
Experience with metal bending and 7" gutter machine (required)
Valid driver's license with clean driving record (must be 21+)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
Comfortable on ladders and roofs
Team player with a strong work ethic
