Location: Indianapolis, IndianaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 50 per hourWe are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Manager to join our client's Corporate Marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide marketing strategies that align with overall business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience leading end-to-end marketing campaigns, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of integrated marketing.Responsibilities: Develops comprehensive market and product marketing plans. Leads end-to-end campaign strategy and execution to support enterprise goals. Assesses product pricing and provides informed recommendations. Serves as a primary point of contact for marketing-related issues and resolutions. Oversees the creation and review of communication materials in coordination with appropriate stakeholders. Develops marketing collateral and aligns efforts with public relations to support broader initiatives. Provides leadership, direction, and mentorship to marketing support and creative teams. Qualifications: BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience; or a combination of education and experience that meets the requirements. Experience within managed care or healthcare is preferred. Strong understanding of campaign development, execution, and performance analysis. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills. Proficiency with WorkFront or other project management platforms is a plus.
