What You'll Own:

• Pipeline: Outbound sourcing, referrals, inbound. You run 100+ targeted outreaches/day/role and keep the funnel moving
• Process: Scorecards, structured interviews, group screens, SLAs (48h screen, 72h first interview)
• Reporting: Weekly metrics including pass-through rates, time-in-stage, time-to-offer, time-to-productive

Outcomes (First 30/60/90)

• 30 days: ATS live, scorecards for top roles, 2 offers accepted for non-exec roles
• 60 days: ?6 hires, ?7-day time-to-offer for non-exec roles, internal referral program launched
• 90 days: 10+ hires, >80% 60-day retention, recruiting playbook documented
