Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their dynamic Talent Acquisition team, supporting critical hiring needs within engineering and skilled trades functions. This role is perfect for a proactive and results-driven recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys close collaboration with hiring leaders. Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies Identify, engage, and nurture passive talent through various sourcing channels Utilize ATS, CRM, and job boards to manage and track candidates Create compelling outreach communications to attract top talent Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs Support compliance, compensation, onboarding, and diversity initiatives in partnership with HR Promote a strong employer brand in all candidate interactions Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (or equivalent) Proficient in ATS/CRM tools (Kenexa/BrassRing or similar) and social media sourcing Experience recruiting in OFCCP-compliant environments Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Experience supporting ship repair, ship building, and skilled trades.
