The Group You’ll Be A Part Of The Sr. Azure Security Engineer will be part of GRST - Global Resilience, Security & Transformation. What You’ll Do Lead the continuous monitoring, implementation, and security operations of Azure cloud solutions, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and NIST CSF requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security engineers, analysts, and compliance teams, to develop secure and scalable architectures. Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to address vulnerabilities, integrating security controls and monitoring mechanisms into Azure solutions. Participate in selecting and configuring Azure services and tools aligned with NIST CSF guidelines. Stay updated with Azure, NIST CSF changes, and industry trends, advising teams on impacts and adjustments. Work with stakeholders to define and document system requirements and design specifications for NIST CSF and SOX compliance. Provide technical leadership, ensuring security and compliance standards are maintained throughout project development. Demonstrate strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services, with hands-on experience in secure architecture and implementation. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies within Azure environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with NIST CSF frameworks, controls, and security processes. Knowledge of identity and access management tools like Azure Active Directory, Azure AD B2C, and OAuth. Expertise in cloud security practices: encryption, data protection, network security, vulnerability management. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and CISSP. Hands-on experience with Sentinel, Azure Logic Apps, ARM, Defender for Cloud, Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform. Experience with Kubernetes security operations is a plus.
